「炙り屋錦乃介」は2005年6月にニューヨーク初となる炉端焼きベースの高級居酒屋店としてオープンいたしました。
当店は世界中の人々に本物の「日本の味」や「日本の接客」をお届けしたいという一心からスタートし、現在では炉端焼きの枠だけにとらわれず様々な日本食や 日本酒を提供しております。焼き物を中心とし、食材は新鮮なお魚、お肉、お野菜と厳選されたものを使い、季節に合わせた旬の食材のお勧めや自家製の珍味な どもご用意しております。日本酒や焼酎、その他のお酒も多種ご用意しておりますが、毎月変わる季節の日本酒もご紹介しております。
「炙り屋錦乃介」は2015年6月に10周年を迎えることができました。これも日々のお客様のご愛好のおかげと感謝申し上げます。
今後も「ニューヨークで体感できる日本」を目指し、新鮮なお刺身や豊富なお肉や野菜料理、日本直送の姿魚を様々な形で食せる高級居酒屋として日本の「居酒屋文化」を堪能して頂けたらと願っております。

Marking our launch in June of 2005, Aburiya Kinnosuke opened as the very first Robata Grill based, high-end izakaya restaurant in New York City.
From day one, our intention has been to deliver the authentic taste of our motherland with the Japanese style hospitality. Today we continue to strive on our concept while cultivating a wider variety of dishes other than robata grill. As quality is of the utmost importance to us, we use only the best ingredients available – including fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. Additionally, we offer dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients and other Japanese homemade delicacies. We also carry a vast selection of Japanese Sake and Shochu, along with seasonal Sake specials that we feature monthly.
In 2015, we were very grateful to be able to welcome our 10 year anniversary. Needless to say, it is all thanks to our wonderful customers, and we hope to continue to serve our finest for years to come.
