炙り屋錦乃介、水無月は福島県、大七酒造のお酒7種をお勧めいたします。大七酒造は1752年福島県二本松市で創業、現在の当主太田秀晴氏は10代目で商品の90パーセント以上がきもと造りであり究極のきもと酒のエキスパートです。そして日本の酒コンテストでも有名な「地酒大SHOW」でも7冠を達成しています。

その大七酒造から今回ご紹介させていただく7種類のお酒が、大七宝暦(純米大吟醸)、大七箕輪門(生酛純米大吟醸)、大七真桜(生酛純米吟醸)、螺鈿(生酛純米吟醸)、大七生酛(生酛純米)、雪しぼり(生酛 にごり微発砲)、大七梅酒です。

In June, Aburiya kinnosuke features Daishichi Sake Brewery from Fukushima in Japan.

They established in 1752 and located in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture is the most famous brewery in Japan using the Kimoto Sake production method.  All Daishichi products are superb examples of Kimoto Sake.  Daishichi was awarded 7 of the platinum Prizes at Jizake Taishou, which is one of Japan’s biggest sake competition.

This month, We have Daishichi Houreki Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo (accents of both sweet and sour and boasts an exquisite, fruity aroma that envelops you in its gentle, creamy perfume), Daishichi Minowamon Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo (clear taste, elegant aroma and a gentle, mellow texture of remarkable delicacy),  Daishichi Masakura Kimoto Junmai Ginjo (discreet fragrance that conjures up the essence of early spring.),  Daishichi Raden Junmai Ginjo (Gorgeous fragrance and mellow taste in sapphire bottle.) , Daishichi Junmai kimoto (Creamy fragrance of rice, sweetness of marshmallows are complimented by aroma of Japanese cypress.),  Daishichi Yuki Shibori Nigori(Aroma of white peaches and pears. Smooth, Elegant, round acidity, cool and refreshing),  Daishichi Kimoto Umeshu (Plums and yogurt aroma, refreshing acidity and elegant sweetness like green apples).
